EXCHANGE & REFUND

We would like to express our regret that you want to return or exchange the product you have purchased from www.dilekhanif.com.

You can return or change the products you have ordered from Dilekhanif.com within 30 days from the delivery date to the address you have specified in the country. We do not accept returns/changes for overseas orders.

In order for your returns to be started, you must fill in the return form at the bottom of the page and send it to us or send us information by e-mail to info@dilekhanif.com and by calling 0212 219 37 23. You need to call our office.

After giving information about your return and exchange request, you can send it back unused and undamaged. For return and exchange shipments, the shipping fee is paid by the customer.

The change is made only in the same model products and in the form of color / size change. There is no exchange with a different product.

If the returned products comply with the return conditions, the refunds are sent to the bank within 7 working days after the package delivery.

The reflection of the refunded amount on credit cards varies according to bank policies.

• The product you will return/change; Please send it to the address below, complete with its original invoice, unused and undamaged.

• Returns of products with damaged original box/packaging, a shipping label affixed to the box, or products that have been taped with cargo duct tape are not accepted. The products that come in this way will be sent back with the payment of the other party when they were received.

• All standard accessories of the product, if any, must be shipped undamaged and in their original packaging.

• If the product has been used or modified, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
